The following is not a normal prayer request you might expect from me but, it is definitely a praise and a request for you to help MSI in a big way.
The government has a program known as the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) for all military and government employees. The purpose of this is to encourage charitable giving among all federal workers. For the first time in MSI's sixty year history, we applied to become an approved organization in the CFC program. It was a year-long and very difficult process to receive that approval but, we did. Now the "big task" is to let federal workers know we're listed (#58464) among the organizations from which they can choose to automatically send their contributions.
If you know a federal employee, especially someone that may be able to spread the word among a larger group of fellow workers, please speak with them about MSI. Word of mouth may prove to be our best communicator in this situation. A critical piece of information for any federal worker to know is the CFC identification number assigned to MSI: 58464. Please encourage them to visit our web site: www.mustardseed.org
Thank you all.

In far-away and often forgotten places of this world, Mustard Seed International (MSI) ministers to the "least of these" by sponsoring kindergartens, elementary, middle and high schools... orphanages and a home for abandoned children... Bible College and Seminary training of pastors, lay leaders and church planters... medical care in clinics and hospitals and reaching out to street children and homeless families.
By faith and with Christ-like compassion, MSI seeks to put hands and feet to the words of Jesus found in Mark 16:15 (LB), "...You are to go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone, everywhere."
